To assign a final score to each country in every thematic area, the primary data collected by the country researcher in each pillar is supplemented by secondary indicators, which act as coefficients, multiplying the primary data score. Taiwan received a score of 0.92 for the Government Frameworks coefficient, ranking 16th, a score of 0.90 for the Government Actions coefficient, ranking 20th, and a score of 0.97 for the Non-State Actors coefficient, ranking 20th.
